Real Estate Business Unit Organization

The MUTB Real Estate Business Unit has 549 employees. In addition, Mitsubishi UFJ Real Estate Services Co., Ltd., an MUTB subsidiary, has around 750 employees. Among MUTB employees (including contract workers and others), 136 individuals are qualified as certified real estate appraisers, while 64 individuals are qualified as assistant real estate appraisers. Efforts are also directed at obtaining other real estate-related certifications, such as ARES (Association for Real Estate Securitization) certified master. We also strive to ensure close cooperation between the research divisions of the Real Estate Business Unit and the Trust Assets Business Unit when analyzing general macroeconomic developments and real estate market conditions.

In addition, we assign personnel with extensive business experience from other related business units to asset management operations in the Real Estate Business Unit.
